Dios Album Released with Special Fan Packages

After a long absence and hard work, Dios has returned with their third full-length album “We Are Dios” available today via Buddyhead Records. This band has become one of my personal favorite’s because of how much they remind me of Pink Floyd.

For Musickind worked with Buddyhead and Phillip Farmer (the man behind http://www.joshfreese.com) to manage the deployment of Topspin for some music packages, outlined below, that will surely deliver more than just a digital music experience.

you supply the band with personal information about yourself (or the subject matter of your choice) and dios will write a two minute song about you.The band will record “your song”, mix it and send you a cd copy of it. it will be released as a digital single on buddyhead records so all your friends and family can buy it. limited supply.

Weekend with Dios

for 48 hours you’re hanging out with the full band with travis from buddyhead as chauffer
you must live in the LA area or figure out a way to get there
dios takes you to disneyland for a day
eat lunch at the blue bayou, drink some beers in california adventure and tear up a few rides afterwards (preferably space mountain, tower of terror, the tiki room, and the haunted mansion) and end the day smoking a joint with joel in the frontierland
ride bikes with joel to local san pedro bars
visit jp’s parent’s house / have a sleep over at ed’s
pat will give you drum lessons
catch a movie, maybe hit the beach, or take the band up on a tour of the south bay (see all the best historical punk rock spots)
dios will host & feed you and write a song about the experience
